Being a national catalyst in sector advocacy and influencing, the institution has built the capacities of citizens and their institutions (state and non-state) by providing the needed capacity and tools that enables them to effectively engage and demand fulfillment of promises, accountability and effective delivery of WASH for increasing health outcomes for people and their communities.

WASH-Net’s approach is to expand access to WASH services to populations underserved, enhance and facilitate a multi-stakeholder process across the sector, engender and promote knowledge, identify opportunities for intervention and foster learning and joint action capable of triggering overall sector transformation
