WASHNet staff reflect on lessons from a Sonke Gender Transformative Training convened by Concern Worldwide in Port Loko, exploring how gender norms, power relations and inclusion shape access to water, sanitation and hygiene. The experience reinforced WASHNet’s commitment to embedding gender equality and meaningful participation across its WASH programmes.
